Older women...

Alright these posts will be more so my thoughts and opinions so nothing concrete and hopefully people recognize the difference between opinions, facts and fiction. I want to know the best way to approach an older woman. I always feel like i'm being intrusive and cannot tell if they are into a wider age gap. I'm not even getting into the interracial scenario,but any guys who regularly have 10+ years on them.
